DMX BUSTED YET AGAIN!

Rapper DMX was arrested in South Carolina recently, yet again! Someone needs to dial up Iyanla Vanzant ASAP because there's more work to be done! You'll recall that Iyanla confronted rapper DMX about possibe drug use during an explosive episode of "Fix My Life" and now it looks like the rapper is still "using." He was pulled over and arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and he was also charged for driving without a license, according to Splash News. The ex Ruff Ryder was taken to Greenville County Detention Center and released an hour later. Unfortunately, this arrest and mugshot puts X clear into the double digits when it comes to arrests and jail time ...... SMH ..... YBF

BLACK IDOL CONTESTANTS SUING: WE WANT 25 MILLION!

Ten black former "American Idol" contestants from various seasons have filed a lawsuit against the show claiming they were unjustly booted because of their race ... and they EACH want $25 million ... minimum. YBF broke the story ... the contestants have accused producers of conducting a "cruel and inhumane" scheme to exploit them for ratings by illegally digging up their arrest histories and using the records to humiliate them on national TV.

The contestants -- Corey Clark (Season 2), Jaered Andrews (Season 2), Jacob John Smalley (Season 2), Donnie Williams (Season 3), Terrell Brittenum (Season 5), Derrell Brittenum (Season 5), Thomas Daniels (Season 6), Akron Watson (Season 6), Ju'Not Joyner (Season 8), and Chris Golightly (Season 9).

The contestants' lawyer claims the show used the arrest info to make his clients appear to be "violent criminals, liars and sexual deviants" ... when they weren't. In fact, none had ever even been convicted of the charges stemming from their arrests. Worse, the lawyer claims ONLY black people were ever probed about their alleged criminal pasts ... never white people. Not only do the contestants feel they got the shaft, they claim their lives have been ruined by the show's racist portrayals.

The 10 are suing for discrimination and other alleged misdeeds. They also want Idol to adopt new anti-racism regulations. Reps for FOX and FremantleMedia had no comment.

Siovaughn Wade CLAIMS Dwyane Wade LEFT HER "On The Streets"!

Chicago residents got a big dose of Siovaughn Wade's anger, bitterness, and resentment today as she sat on a busy street downtown with a sign that claimed she was "on the streets".

Now that Siovaughn has dropped the million dollar lawsuit she filed against Dwyane Wade (claiming he stiffed her out of money during their divorce), it looks like she's trying to shame him into upgrading her life.

We know Siovaughn must get sick to her stomach every time she sees Gabrielle Union boo'd up with her childhood sweetheart, living the life she imagined for herself. Sadly....we don't think those science project poster boards are going to get any checks sent her way ... YBF
